Click hereWhen we pulled into the driveway at my parents house, the first of multiple stops in which we attempted to rejoin society and spend some holiday time with our families, we took pause and wondered just how much we should disclose to our loved ones. Obviously we wouldn't be going into detail as to our carnal adventures but, were we a couple? Should we make an announcement? Maybe the simple act of visiting together was all the disclosure that was needed. What makes life interesting is how we react to change. Well, something changed that day, and only for the better.

I don’t know if you intentionally wrote this story in that rhythm but by mid -story I was reading it like it “twas the night before Christmas”! I have previously enjoyed your other stories, so I was surprised when you said this is your first entry in a contest!. This is truly an exceptional story and well written— good luck!!!
