pls do more non reluctance stories!

I imagine this story will turn a lot of people off early on, even those into "reluctance," because it reads like rape (which is obviously the idea). I would not have finished it either except for the curious moment at the party where her friend recalled that our hero had said she had a thing for clowns, and Nikki tried to brush it off. That one expert storytelling touch kept me reading (it helps that it's so short) and I appreciated the twist. I was also curious as I was reading, "how did this story get past the review?" and I suspected there would need to be some kind of turn that indicated "this is not what it looks like." Nicely done.

I tried to drop subtle hints...boyfriend has the excused absence, bodyguard thought he recognized him, the clown fetish you mentioned, and I was careful to not convey any of her thoughts or feelings as fearful. I was worried I had made it too obvious, but apparently I went the other way with it. Thanks very much for your input!

Would have been messed if in a epilogue that her boyfriend revealed that he wasnt able to make the party.
