Petit mort literally translates as "little death", but this is the term the French use to describe an orgasm. Of course, since I know more about orgasms than I do about French, I could be persuaded to think that la patit mort is a writer who kills his little stories.

OK, so it's only two stories now, but neither one comes to a recognizable conclusion. Maybe the pen-name LaPetitMort comes from how the stories die before their time.

I was very touched by this story. In helping her, he helped himself. We know how he feels, but not how she feels. I think he needs to know, that she didn't seduce him because she felt she owed him.
