I think it was alright but you should think about changing the story describtion. 'Adam is asked to be a sperm donor for his lesbian sister.' -> 'Adam is asked to be a sperm donor for his bi-sexual sister-in-law.' Huge difference in my opinion.

To me, Adam's level of fear, reluctance, guilt, shame, and panic seems much higher than the situation warrants--but maybe that's just the English for you (??). I'd be tempted to pounce on Amy at the first opportunity. Adam's lust for his sister--and his difficulty in coming to terms with it--add some interesting complexity to the narrative.

really enjoyed it. lots of different ways this could go, will the wife now question her marriage to the sister? Will the sister get involved? (gonna bet on that).

I know that such arrangements are made in real life. But this wasn't handled at all well by the participants. Adam was not at all ready to deal with the situation as the ending illustrates. Sarah should have been directly involved by making sure Adam and Amy were comfortable with each other, providing both permission and encouragement while they were procreating.

Maybe then they wouldn't have risked all of the relationships being damaged beyond repair (not that this is a part of this story, readers).
