Someone said true story.... NO. Clearly, you nor they have ever had to go through a terminal illness. Especially Cancer. While the site is meant to be fantasy every good story is based in what can happen to suspend disbelief. People who are fighting a terminal illness don't feel attractive, they've no desire to engage in sexual activity.

Well-written in such a way you felt sorry for them but had great compassion also.

Beautifully written story of pure love , and also one that i can see as being true , if it is then you gave your mum the one thing no one else could unconditional love , and i cannot hold that against you , but if it is fiction then i think you have future as an author .

A beautiful story of love and forgiveness. Many of us began it as a sense of duty and were clueless. Then of course we got far closer than we could ever have anticipated. Maintaining dignity was hard. Then it was all over and we kept moving because we had no choice. "I love you Mom" means so much. Thank you for sharing this.
