So nice to see this one back in style, had a bit faster pace which I liked a lot. Glad to see you retained the approach and even extended the character growth, adding some more people always makes the party wilder. The ending sound very ominous but I'm betting my monthly paycheque that Melissa misunderstood something there and the next chapter we'll see Brian trying to fix the mess that it caused. Nonetheless I hate your guts for making me wait even more fro this superb story!!!

The ups, the downs, the romance, I love it it! And that cliffhanger was huge! I just hope it was a misunderstanding on lissys part! Keep them coming man!

This is the ongoing tale of a beautiful, intelligent, sensitive young woman who has teamed up with a bunch of flaming nitwits. The premise isn't bad, but the implementation is ridiculous. Our hero started out as a very shy geek and has ended up as a flaming asshole. Obviously our author has created a situation where "hero" has cheated on Lissa, but even more obviously the entity he cheated with is not another woman, but is most likely a car or motorcycle - more brainless plot twists. And who needs all these extra characters abruptly thrown into the story for the sake of a really stupid stag party. The repartee started out being clever, but has become inane and Lissa has lost half of her appeal. I'm not sure it is worth looking for another chapter if and when the author decides to write one. Overall this tale was worth 4* but it is going downhill fast and this chapter was probably worth 2*.

Have missed these two, glad your writing again. Just please please please don't leave us waiting long for the next chapter!!!

Let's just say i enjoyed the continuation but I'm looking for the happy ending to come real soon. Is Eve one of those dolls lonely guys have? What is Melissa doing at his door before sunrise anyway? The story is really getting too carried away with Brian's bad luck. Give him and us a big break and marry them happily ever after.

Yeesh, people are getting so upset. It's probably a misunderstanding as the character doesn't seem like a cheater. He is a dork and has plenty of flaws but he isn't an asshole. Either way I am enjoying the ride Agera. My only complaint is that the stories take too long to come out!

He won't cheat. He can't so it's a car or game. But what ever it is you better tell us and fast or I might become violent!!'

Really enjoyed it. Good characters and story. No offense to the sex (enjoyable) but I was more into the plot. Please don't wait to long to finish this story. Nothing worse than getting into a story than the author gives up on it, for whatever reason. Especially when it's so close to the end.

I've read the start of both of your stories, and they are both excellent, but don't stop this one to stat another one. There are too many authors on this site who start stories and then move on and never finish. I can understand taking a while to finish a story, but to start another one without finishing the first one is a big turn off. Please finish what you start.

Weddings usually happen right after the stag. We need more! And that cliffhanger needs resolving.

Excellent main characters with totally believable bickering, and just the right amount of sex for a romantic yarn.

Can't be easy producing this stuff - I couldn't do it myself - so I have no right to INSIST that you get back to the grindstone. However, we all care about this story and can't get enough of it. You're my favourite.

.... I think unfinished stories should be deleted a year since last submission to protect the reader's mental health. Those with ending cliffhangers after a half year. It is almost a crime to left it like this for so long...

As a hopeless romantic, I like both main characters. I almost fell in love with Melissa and Brian reminds me little myself.

I agree with the previous poster, Literotica should remove stories that are left unfinished after a year. There are just too many of these on the site. Normally, I will check before I start a series but this time I got lazy and didn't. The sad part is that this one, like many others, is a good story and definitely worth finishing.

This is the third multi chapter story I've read today where the author abandoned it before finishing. This is so aggravating! I guess I'm going to have to check the comments every time now because this is ridiculous.

I have read this series multiple times and have tried to place the setting. Sometimes it seems like Great Britain or Australia, but other times it seems like the US or Canada. I don't think it's supposed to be the latter because of some of the vocabulary and phrasing used. But then again some of the vocabulary and phrasing doesn't seem to fit with GB or Australia.

Anyway, great story. I hope everything in your life is OK and you are able to finish it. I also like the other story you started.

At best, this is an erotic coupling story. From what I've read so far, Melissa would ghost Brian and his immaturity would prevent him from going after her. He's a loser and will continue with his idiotic behaviour until the day he dies.

The first 7 Chapters were Awesome! This is TERRIBLE. It’s like it’s not even the same story. Just delete this chapter or Use it to Start a different story.

It was decent enough until the confession, that just killed the whole story. If you ever decide to finish this story you seriously need to consider rewriting this chapter.

The unsatisfactory ending is a real downer. I want to know how the author handles the promised but nonexistent (after five years) next chapter. I picture Eve as a life-size sex toy that his friends gave Brian years before as a joke about his lack of success with women. Melissa only hears the continuing joke and not the earlier statement that got Brian she’s the one. I hope the author adds such a chapter, that Brian explains it to Melissa, and that they end happily together.

I know it’s been years but I was really hoping there had been another entry to this story haha! I remember first coming across it a couple years back and it’s still stuck with me. For what it’s worth, I appreciate you bringing these characters to life through your writing. As readers, we’re often greedy for more but I’d say it’s a good sign of character development lol

I propose that Literotica culls the unfinished stories, such as this one. To prevent people from wasting their time trying to read them.

Parts 1 through 7 were awesome, some of the best I’ve read. Part 8 was a bunch of overgrown fratboys behaving badly followed by an unexplained and completely out of character confession. And no chapter 9 to tie this up. Frustrating at best, and it’s been so long there appears there will never be a conclusion. Very disappointed.

Very enjoyable and very well written. Please finish both series.

Waste of electrons after the stellar first 7 parts

Rough cliff-hanger for sure, and the change in tone is jarring. The earlier bits are delightful. I wish these types of abandoned stories came with warning labels.
