Loved it Laura. Though Carter can be a bit annoying sometimes, I find him quiet endearing (unlike others, sorry:-P). I'm glad to know that the story is going somewhere and is not just random things put together by you!

Carter isn’t really a doofus to me, so it’s interesting the author sees him that way. Carter seems completely in his head. He overthinks and runs dialogue in his mind, but then has trouble verbally expressing himself. It was fascinating to me that in this chapter, while being interviewed as Alex, he was able to quickly articulate some great come backs. I like the slow build and great pacing of this story. There have been some intriguing twists.

Thanks for the reassurance that it’s going somewhere. I love the thought of Carter and Aron, but Alex just sucks and it’s taking so long to get anywhere. This should have been a book, I do t like having to tune in so much with nothing to look forward to...let’s get there.

It may be a slow build, but it is kind of fun watching Carter figure his way around a world he has no idea about, and of course, trying to figure out how to avoid, as a very favorite patient once told me about not have a colonoscopy,” getting punked out my dookey shooter”. He totally broke up an entire 22 station dialysis unit when he announced that out loud one day. Getting waxed was soooo funny. He now has to address someone on a loving basis after that interview. He just needs to let go of the fear. After all, that little twink butt and Aron’s phallus are custom fitted by now. It’s going to be like a hand in a glove. Then there’s that little button inside. If Aron can just push it, well, Carter could conceivably get ‘turned out’, like they say. Hmmmmm? Love this fun story. Anxiously looking forward to more. JP
