I got so engrossed with this story that I almost forgot to put my lunch in the oven. Another winning tale, Shaima, and I feel quite bereft that it's finished so quickly. Your characters are so real that you can't help rooting for them all the way. Keep it up---your public needs your stories.

There is something about the British way of writing that is not too brash and has a sensitivity and sensuality that other nations do not have. Although set in Aus' the anglophile is ever present. I agree this is too short so I am going to pick one your longer tales to judge how good you really are or not.
