When is Caleb & Co. gonna run into other power families, or perhaps a powered "Fixer" for a syndicate?

Not to unrealistically rush the NTSB, but would anything be found if someone with TK loosened the prop nuts enough to sheer the cotter pins also (other than appearing as gross negligence in maintenance)? Or will a "paranoid" Caleb seek a way to increase his sensitivity to sense power use "signatures", I expect after a month+ of investigation of the prop and plane that any such signature would have faded to nothing.
