All Comments on 'Christmas Gift'

This is a pretty well written and original look at something that is a regular occurence in the lifestyle. It is crisp and flows well, is passionate and has a good 'feel' to it. A nice style that I connected with.

There were however some minor grammatical problems. Paragraph structure, failure to surround spoken words with inverted commas, and inverted commas put in incorrect places, eg "Stop pet she commanded," . Also, *whomever* is not a word. This work needed editing, or more thorough editing.

Okay we all know most of us are amateurs at this and we shouldn't expect too much. But in this category, attention to detail is a must.

This is a strong 4 that should have been a 5.

An excellent story, well written I thought. And as for our anonymous editor, whomever is indeed a word, it's just a formal and archaic one, it's the same as whoever, basically. Keep up the good work :)
