... it disappointed on the whole. The background story never really worked and often made no sense at all. Nevertheless, there were some very well written and hot sex scenes along the way.

The whole series was good, even if the beginning required some “sticking with it”, but then it took off. I like to read about human interactions, how situations happen that change how people normally act. Klaus was one stuffy, gonna have it my way, my way or the Highway kind of guy. Jake was a conflicted young man who needed guidance to get out of a life he wasn’t enjoying. Jake got under the skin of someone who had a very hard shell to crack, and he cracked it wide open. But, in the end, we all just need to be loved by someone. Some of us are lucky enough to be loved by many. Even tough people have some vulnerability, somewhere. Jake found it in Klaus and worked it. Thank you for such a fun series. Look forward to more. JP

I read for erotica. This story had enough steamy scenes to satisfy, but also was written in a manner that progressed so logically and coherently that it was easy to read and a really good story.

Thank you for this wonderful adventure. Your writing is absolutely amazing! The dialog you created for these characters is what really made the story for me. The fact that Klaus never used contractions gave him a sophisticated foreign allure. Jake's dialog was that of a young street-smart man and Hans, the easy going "Americanized" version of Klaus. While I prefer more descriptive sexual scenes the dabble into BDSM was very hot! Simply wonderful love story. I very much look forward to reading your other stories.

WOW, what a roller coaster of emotions! Loved every bit of it! Even the temporary break of the 2 main protagonists was heartbreaking, it was inevitable and made the relationship between Jake an Klaus more authentic. And the much anticipated Happy Ending saved me from a nervous breakdown. Thank you for this great story, looking forward to read ur other stories.

One final Note I have: about the German Names used in the story ( Klaus Merzger, Hans). I understand for americans those are typical German... But as the story centers in the current Timeline and Klaus' and Hans' s characters agewise assumingly are based in their mid- max. late thirdies, the given Names are rather outdated... (E.g. my fathers (age 83) Name is Hans) Klaus's lastname (Metzger) translates into "butcher" in english and no offense please to me automaticaly associates some mean Nazi in a WW2 movie of some serial Killer inspired by Hannibal Lector...

And there are so many German/ German sounding names with a more Contemporary and/ or tradional flaviur.... ( e.g Johannes, Paul, Ferdinand, Leopold, Maximilian, Franz.... )

I enjoyed this story so much and the end was woven beautifully just like the rest. I really loved how Jake grew throughout and yet so did klaus. I'm so glad the brother didn't ruin his self esteem so much that he wouldn't leave out of duty. Hans and Stephen would be a good story too even if we know the end. Thanks so much
