Greg wondered out loud if he would even be out of the hospital tomorrow. Considering the memory loss and injuries all be it minor, he guessed now that he was awake and able to talk, and the fact that his uncle was his doctor he might be able to go home and recuperate from there. He also pondered the fact that he had no idea if he had a job, girlfriend, life, where he lived, etc...oh so many thoughts, his brain was working overtime trying to connect the dots, they were just a little too far apart still.

Just then one of the nurses came in, "Gwen, how you're doing honey, glad to see your...um Greg is awake and doing better now?" She had almost blurted out the word brother, but they had all been cautioned not to push too much information at Greg yet, it had to be a slow reveal or on his own when he discovered some of this.

"I'm great Tina, yeah my Greg, my hero is awake now and hopefully feeling a little better," she replied to the nurse and one of her friends from high school with a smirk.

The nurse needed to check his catheter and empty the bag, the doctor had said he could get that out when he felt ready, she asked Gwen to step outside and give them a moment. She relayed the procedures she was about to perform and asked if he wanted it out now or to wait. When he told her now, she smiled inwardly to herself, that meant she was the one that got to touch his magnificent cock again.

Lifting the sheet she smiled at Greg, "This is going to hurt a little, but I'll be as gentle as possible." She reached down and took ahold of his large manhood and got as close as she dared, slowly pulling the catheter out, once it was all the way out, she gave him an extra pat and slight squeeze, she shivered slightly imagining the way it would feel. What Tina failed to see was Gwen peeking around the corner of the drape surrounding Greg's bed, her eyes wide as she took in the sight of her brother's huge tool.

Gwen knew she was blushing, and she couldn't get the thought of that sight out of her mind, she wished Greg wasn't her brother sometimes, just because she idealized him so much and every date and male in her life had been compared to him and her father and they had always come up short. Even with Greg being so much older and away for almost all of her teen years, he had never stopped being a great big brother to her, he talked to her several times a week, always dropping whatever he was doing if he could or texting her that he would call her back as soon as he was finished with the current task he was doing.

Just then their mother popped her head over Gwen's shoulder just as Tina was finishing up wiping down Greg's penis and pulling down his gown, "I know, it is quite impressive, I may have snuck a peak when your dad walked out of the room after hearing some of the nurses at their station commenting on the size of the patient in this room as I walked up yesterday morning."

"OH MY GOD MOM!" Gwen exclaimed, "I just happened to peek in and see what was taking so long and saw the last bit of her taking out Greg's catheter. But, yes, that is one big boy in there." She couldn't help but giggle slightly.

"Gwen honey, we have to be careful about letting him know who you are, all fun aside, your father and I know you are madly in love with your older brother. While it is frowned upon by society, I know you and your determination so let me say this," she paused briefly, "just don't rush anything and don't do anything that will hurt your relationship with the man laying in that bed right now. You don't want to do anything at all that when his memories come back if they do will be tainted by trickery."

Mom raised her hands in the air as Gwen spun to face her, "I know what you're thinking, that either one of two things are going through your head. Either mom is off her fucking rocker what is she talking about, or that mom is right and it's going to be tough not attacking him the first chance you get him alone. The fact that he was showing up to surprise you, well us, and that he saved your life almost has me to the point that I would drop my panties for him if I were in your place right now."

Gwen just stood there looking at her mother shocked. "I'd say you are 100% right on both cases if I were being honest mom. I've always loved him, if possible that grew so much in the past few days that I didn't think was capable of doing so. But, knowing that he is already so good to me and that he saved my life, yeah, I'd pounce him here and now if I thought I could get away with it. But I won't do anything to jeopardize my relationship with him, don't worry. I know how everyone would look at something like that around here."

"Well honey, we have more to talk about later, but when we get home your father, and I will explain why we aren't so deadest against anything happening with you and your brother."

Gwen felt a little uneasy about that statement but she wouldn't dwell on it. She was surprised that her mom was ok with knowing that she had feeling for her brother. Hell, if she was really being honest here, she would be shocked at the fact that she had just admitted this to her mother, and even herself out loud. It was almost as if a huge weight had been lifted. As she peeked around the curtain one more time, she saw that the nurse had successfully tucked her brother's rather large manhood back under the gown and she was still standing there talking to him. The silly little twit was twirling her fingers in her hair, Gwen was surprised she didn't just try and blow him right then and there the way the young woman was flirting.

Tina came walking out from behind the curtain, she leaned in and whispered to Gwen, "When he gets all better have him give me a call, he's quite the hunk of man," she quipped with a quick wink. "You can go back in with him now, he's all set, if he needs to get up to go to the bathroom just have him push the buzzer, one of us nurses or an orderly will show up to help him."

Greg lies back in the bed and waited for his visitor to return; he was caught off guard when a woman of about 45 to 50 if he had to guess walked in behind the young lady Gwen. He smiled and nodded at her and asked if she was also here to visit. Jenny, his mother smiled softly, "Oh son, that accident did a number on you didn't it?"

Greg laughed, he relayed that he was sorry he didn't know who she was he had no memory prior to the last day at most, at least not now. Just then his uncle walked back in. He stopped and talked to Jenny, giving her a quick hug, telling them all that the preliminary tests looked positive for Greg, that once the swelling all went down completely and he had a few days to shake the cobwebs off his memory should return.

Greg asked how much longer he'd be cooped up in the bed, when could he get out of here and go home was all he really wanted to know at this point. Doctor Dan didn't see why after a few more tests this afternoon and some observation that he couldn't go home this evening with his parents.

"Let's get you up and move around just a little bit, see how you do before turn you loose my boy," Dan gave him a big smile and a hand, trying to help Greg sit up. He lowered the side rail to the bed and swung Greg's legs over, so they dangled just off the floor. Gwen, being the good guest, grabbed the socks that had been placed on the nightstand next to him, that wonderful kind they give you at the hospital, those grippy things on the bottom that make sure there's no slippage. Kneeling, she put them on Greg's feet and quickly stood back up.

"Thank you miss, but you don't have to do that for me," Greg said shyly. He didn't want to be waited on hand and foot. Plus, her kneeling down there was way to alluring, he had to fight his cock from bouncing back to life. He pictured the girl lifting his gown and going right after his cock. Desperately he tried to fight off that mental image. It was a nice one, but he wouldn't take advantage of the situation at all, plus his mom and uncle/doctor were standing right there.

Funny enough, Gwen had been thinking the exact same thing, if her mother and uncle weren't in the room right now, she might have lifted that gown and wrapped her small hands and lips around his big, beautiful cock and devoured him. She would be patient; she had waited this long. She could wait just a little longer.

Part 2

The Talk

Gwen and her mother returned home to find her father working diligently to get presents wrapped, obviously they were for his wife, "Wait, wait, wait, give me like two minutes to scoop this up or something, damn, thought I had a little while longer," he yelled as the ladies walked in from the garage.

They could hear him darting around in the living room and then with a huff he let them know it was safe to come in, just no peeking under the blanket. Both ladies giggled at this, thinking that peeking under the blanket anytime and anywhere could be a happy surprise. They looked at each other, knowing instinctually what the other was thinking about. GREG!

"Sit down honey," Jenny said to her husband and nodded to her daughter to do the same, "remember that little conversation we had this morning?"

He looked at Gwen and nodded his head, not subtly either, indicating that she was the subject of the said conversation. "Yep, I do, is it really that time already." He put his hands together and rang and twirled his fingers together. A nervous tick that Gwen noticed all the men in his family seemed to do, even Greg.

"Oh, for fucks sake you two just tell me, don't beat around the bush here." Gwen growled at her parents.

Both parents shot her a sharp glance and then laughed, "You know," her mother started, "there's really no easy way to say this, so I'm going to be blunt." She took a deep breath, "Greg is only your cousin," she paused briefly, "I am mother to you both, however, not biologically, at least not for Greg."

Her dad quickly interjected, "My brother and your mom's sister, had a quick fling back around the time we started dating, he knocked her up, she wasn't ready for a kid, however we were, and considering that essentially it was the same connection, we agreed to "adopt" him and raise him and would never say a word to anyone."

"So that's why I'm not uncle Dan or Aunt Jaime's favorite nephew/ niece, makes perfect sense to me." Gwen was both torn and relieved at the same time. They had always been close to their aunt and uncle, but Greg had definitely gotten the lion's share of gifts or praise over the years. Nothing super significant, small things, but now it all made perfect sense. She couldn't blame him or them, she wondered how hard this must be on them over all the years and even seeing Dan with Greg today she knew he deeply cared about his son.

"But still," Gwen began, "That's incest, I mean we're about as close to being actual brother and sister as we could be, so why don't you have a problem with that?"

Jenny glanced at her husband, "Maybe because we're cousins also, more like 3rd or 4th cousins but still we had to move here and fight that stigma back home. So, while it's frowned upon, and yes, you're much closer to relation, and have been raised as siblings, we get the allure, the excitement, and the natural love you have for one another, that is if Greg returns the feelings you have for him."

"Are you ever going to tell him?" Gwen asked.

"I suppose if it comes up in the midst of all that may happen over these holidays it might be something we have to do. I guess we need to speak with our siblings as well and alert them to the possibility, I know that Dan has wanted to tell Greg a few times over the years, he didn't out of respect for us and Greg," her dad responded.

"So, my next question is quite simply, how long do I have to wait to approach him?" she wondered aloud to her parents.

They sat and talked, figuring out the logistics of Greg's homecoming, not wanting to give him any more trauma mentally than they had too. But also trying to help Gwen figure out how to approach her feelings for him. What excited Gwen the most is that even though her parents should be cringing and yelling about how wrong all of this was, they were trying to help her find the best way through it and supporting her. They had both known since she was in her late teens exactly how she felt about her "brother", they had still decided to wait while he was away to see if either of them found other people to share their lives with. Gwen was just starting her college life really and she had never dated much, only going out in groups of friends.

She supposed it wasn't a huge revelation, even with him gone all these years she had Greg wrapped around her little finger. Any time she needed him and reached out he was there with moral support. He was there to tutor her online if she had questions during high school and college so far. The physical was the true question. That they would all have to wait and see if things worked out together. Since Greg would be mostly sticking in the house the next few days, she decided to move some of her stuff out to the apartment over the garage, that way if he didn't regain his memory right away, she could still be close and "pop" by any time to see him, which was going to be frequently if she had her way about it. If he did reclaim his memory then their parents decided that the apartment was close enough to having him home, but they wouldn't overhear anything should the two decide to explore their relationship.

Part 3

The True Homecoming

Greg went through the battery of tests that afternoon, physically, he was cleared, they went through some cognitive tests as well and he was as fit as a fiddle. As his uncle Dan was working on the discharge paperwork, his brother texted him, letting him know what was going on. Dan simply looked at the text and replied with a thumb's up emoji. He knew the minute he saw Gwen with Greg earlier in the day that the writing was on the wall. He secretly had always wanted to tell Greg how proud of him he was and that he was sorry for not being a larger part of his life, as his actual father.

"Greg, your parents are going to be here to get you within the hour," he relayed to the young man who was sitting up in bed. He was dressed in a sweatshirt and track pants that his parents had dropped off when he first arrived in the hospital. Their hope had been that he would need them sooner rather than later.

"Ok, thank you for all you've done Uncle Dan, hopefully one day soon, I'll remember you again. Will you be coming over for Christmas tomorrow?" Greg asked.

"Oh, I think I might be able to stop by, I have to stop by here and check on a few patients, but I wouldn't miss dinner with the family for the holiday."

"Hey, Uncle Dan, do you happen to have any pictures of the family on your phone?" he quizzed.

Dan thought for a moment, knowing he had a plethora of family pictures on his phone and on Facebook, however Gwen was in several of them. He stuck his hand in his pocket to retrieve his phone, holding down the power button before pulling it out. "Damn, the battery must have died, I have to go hook this thing up to a charger at the nurse's station, wouldn't look good to get an emergency phone call and me not be available now, would it?" he teased.

Greg laughed and agreed, he felt a little saddened by the fact that he wouldn't get to see pictures, hoping that something would unblock this silly memory and he'd start to remember his friends, family, and life. He got out of bed and walked slowly, shuffled really, over to the window and looked outside. From this high up he could see a lot of the little town beneath the hospital. Christmas lights all aglow across town on the homes, the center of town had it's Christmas tree up and shown like a beacon right in the center. As he stared at it, he felt a little twitch in his brain. Pictures, mental images swarmed through suddenly, showing him years past when he was probably about 17, holding hands with a much younger girl, coco cups in their hands and singing carols along with his parents and other people that he could almost put names to.

Then it happened, he remembered who these people were, that was his little sister Gwen, and his parents, his aunt and uncle, a few high school friends, but most importantly Gwen! He didn't say anything to Dan who had gone out to the nurse's station to plug in his phone, he thought maybe he'd keep this quiet just a little bit longer. Wondering why they hadn't told him the girl who lit up the room earlier in the day was his sister. He immediately felt a little guilty at a few of the naughty thoughts he'd had about her, but he could claim amnesia about those if it ever came up.

Dan sat back down, thinking about the last several days, obviously not the ones where he was unconscious, but back to the accident, he hadn't realized that was his sister until the last moment. He realized that now, still surprised they didn't reveal who she was to him when she showed up at the hospital, he could only conclude that they were afraid too many memories at once might overwhelm him immediately upon waking up.

A few hours later and he was sitting on his couch at home, dinner smelling delicious, mom had made his favorite, although he couldn't admit to knowing that yet, homemade lasagna, garlic bread and a salad. This had always been not only his favorite meal but also their Christmas eve dinner yearly for as long as he could remember. Funny enough he had to play the amnesia patient as well with the family dog, Brutus, a big baby of a newfoundland/boxer mix. The dog had gone berserk upon his return, not having seen him for a few years, but remembering his scent and love. Brutus hadn't left his side since he sat on the couch, hoping up on the couch, laying his head in Greg's lap for scratches and pets. Greg remembered only one person Brutus loved this much, that was Gwen. Just then Brutus lifted his head and hopped off the couch running to the front door. Greg couldn't help but smile, letting the ruse remain in place, he listened as there was a soft knock at the door. He almost couldn't help but stifle the laughter of it all, his sister knocking at the family door of the home she lived in just to keep him in the dark.

Brutus wined and pawed at the door as he waited for someone to open it up and reveal his other favorite human being. Greg's dad went to the door and opened it, "Oh Gwen, welcome, welcome, come on in honey, I'm so glad you could join our little family for dinner."

Wow, Greg thought to himself, they are really going all out to not trigger me yet, trying to let this memory come back on its own. Greg turned and looked over the back of the couch as she entered and hugged their dad, she smiled up at him and then turned to face Greg, who took in her entire ensemble this time. She was wearing a tight sweatshirt, with the Nokatomi Plaza on it, and the quote, "Welcome to the party pal!" with a little Bruce Willis staring out of a vent shaft. "Die Hard" was his favorite Christmas movie no matter what anyone else labeled it and Gwen had always given him crap for it but had snuggled up every year growing up by his side and watched it along with him on Christmas Eve.

Gwen could feel the butterflies in her stomach going crazy, if tonight worked out right she would get an early Christmas present, even if it didn't, she was going to get to spend the evening with her adorable brother. They had come up with a clever plan for the night, however it all depended on how Greg reacted to her this evening, she figured her sweatshirt couldn't hurt, nor could the fuzzy snowman pajama bottoms she wore, a size too big, tied tight for now, but later they might be rolled just enough to show some thong and her t-shirt beneath the sweatshirt enhanced her ample endowments even more, considering she had forgone a bra tonight, she was eager to shed the warmer outer wear. Just to tease Greg a little and see if he could be enticed. But that was for later.
