"What are you doing here Marcus, if Gerald catches you here I don't know what he'll do." She said.

"Is he here, it's him I came to see."

"What. Yes, he's in the study writing Wednesday's sermon."

"Yea well, maybe he'll change it when I'm done, this involves you too, come with me." I said taking her hand.

"You! How dare you come here after what you have done!" He said, standing up.

"Sit down and shut the fuck up. You're going to listen to what I have to say, you're going to drop any notion at all about suing my family for what I shared with the woman you insult by calling your wife." I said.

"And why on earth would I do that, you slept with my wife, you made a mockery of my church and I will not stand for it!" He said, still angry.

"Two words Pastor Collins, two words. Derek Mayberry." I said, his face went white.

I slowly took my phone from my pocket, pulled up the video Carol had taken, froze the frame on a juicy scene and showed it to him.

While he spoke to my dad on the phone, Carol took me aside.

"Are you serious about what you said, I'd have a place to go if I left?" She said.

"My Mom insisted I tell you, I'd offer moving in with me but I've a good feeling I'm about to be pretty busy with my new friends soon."

"Your mother and I were friends a long time ago, I know she's serious, maybe I'll call her tonight, thank you."

"I've done as you asked, I'd like you to leave now. I will honor your request about Carol if you keep your word about not playing that video if I complied." Said the Pastor.

The next few months were pretty crazy, I moved back into my apartment and called Clara and asked if her and her brother wanted to move in to my spare rooms. Clara and I became pretty crazy about each other really fast and we are talking about moving into one room together. Carol stayed with Mom for a couple of weeks until Dad walked in on them in bed together, Mom invited him to join but Dad flipped his shit and went to stay at our uncle until he calms down. I'm pretty sure Uncle Carl is busting his balls constantly about turning down a 3 some with Mom and Carol but we'll see what happens. Pastor Collins decided he couldn't hide, came out of the closet in front of his whole congregation and left for Mexico with Derek, leaving everything to Carol.
