I like the softness of it...every now and then the writing gets so clunky, in a way that's distracting and disconcerting. Words like "pussy" and "cum" feel...teenager-ish, trite, too easy, too boyish, vapid, annoying really. I should write my own things, I have such high standards.

I will never understand where the myth of an internal sack of blood or fluid derived from, but it is so ridiculous to see it perpetuated. If a person doesn't know enough about their anatomy or the anatomy of their characters it would be best to learn about the subject. The internet has many diagrams and charts showing the extra thick skin which is at the entrance and serving the purpose of keeping things from entering. You described the feeling caused by the ripping or tearing of such sensitive skin perfectly.
