This is a perfectly natural thing for a stepson/stepmom relationship that needs to be developed. If she fucks him and gets preggie, the gene pool would be pretty close to the same as if she got pregnant by his dad.

Very good story didnt jump right into things just thought it was too short you might consider adding some chapters thanx for you time
