Really enjoying this story in general, but I had to skip past big chunks because a fun fantasy about "straightening out" lesbians stops being fun or a fantasy when you get into the real life horrors of conversion therapy and unaccepting families. Didn't stop me from reading, or from finishing, but I really hope the real life conversion therapy theme doesn't come back for future chapters.

I agree that there is a dark side to this kink; sometimes LGD can seem like it's sexualizing something that has caused real trauma, and in the past this kink has caused me frequent guilt. But eventually, I was able to compartmentalize it as what it is: a taboo kink. Personally, what I find hot is fundamental shifts of core self-identity. I could go on forever, but I have a pretty extensive blog post analyzing it.
