They both made affirmative noises without actually talking and I laughed. I looked at the nightstand and it was nearly 2am. I definitely wasn't going to work in the morning. I hoped neither of them had to work early Thursday morning either. Ashanti fell asleep first with slow, steady snores.
Nikki said "you called me girlfriend earlier. Did you mean to?"
I thought for a second and replied "I don't think I meant to, but I'd be happy if you decided to be my girlfriend."
She turned her head and kissed me and said "okay, you're my boyfriend. Thanks for not being an asshole."
We smiled at each other. We fell asleep shortly after Ashanti had.

Anonymous5 days agoThis was really hot. Becareful about the way you describe Black people. You're doing OK . Just don't get fetishisty or weird describing skin color. "Black back" rang a little off. Keep it to no-food shades of brown and don't make Black her character trait. Just letting you know. You're right on the line, crossing will ruin everything you've built in terms of mutual respect and agency which you've done really well. Keep Ashanti human and normal as you have so beautifully with the other characters. Loving how much she's into her homegirl's tips. This was a very hot well written 3some. Excited for Brian in chapter 10!
