As an old version, original edition box-set D&D player, I must say this was a boatload of fun to read. The story is a very good stand alone piece of work with unspoken promises of more adventures to come. It will be only slightly tragic if that never happens. Elements of this tale could have be lifted straight from any one of our Thursday night sessions, and that triggered all sorts of great memories. Thanks for that.
