Really, this may have been written alright but I could not get past all the corny saying which took away from the story, the 2nd story was a lot better

Nancy was an outrageous 'American' stereotype. She had way too many odd analogies, stuff no one would ever really say, like, not even during the old western times. She was... Weird.
