LOL, I was just reviewing comments, and I see that I previously made a comment here, almost identical to one I just made on Ch 4!

“It's not my fault that the judge considered your past in making his decision. I'd be happy to have you be able to talk to them. It was never my idea." – Now THAT’S just utter bullshit! And just how did her attorney find out about his "past" if she didn't tell him?

“Except abandon his family” – He didn’t “abandon” them, YOU wouldn’t let him take them!

“You'll be separated and put in foster homes before that happens, I'll make sure of that.” – She can’t control that. When the children testify about how their father cares about them, and the visitation supervisor tells about the love between the father and the children, there’s no way the kids would be put in foster care rather than sent to their father.

And what happened to the recording she made with her mother's threats on it?

The kids would have been staying with after Traci called the cops on the Momster abusing Jenna but it wouldn't have been mom. At least not until she was arraigned and was able to post bail, even then it would be doubtful. Signed: BTW
