This was really well done, stretched out the tension and kept it going as long as possible: by doing so you kept the story within the realm of the plausible. This story kept me at the edge of my seat. I didn't know where it was going, which made that much more enticing. I could almost feel the Dr.'s fingers in me. My mouth was open waiting for his release.
