I just read this for the second time and upon doing so realized that I came away with the same thought: "I wish there would be some sort of sequel to this story." I'd like to find out what happened to Riley and Ash as they moved on from their night together. Would they end up together or would they become good friends and help each other try to find "the one" or perhaps someone more compatible (if one exists)? How would they interact with Kim and Eric, either as a couple and/or on an individual level? I just think there's a lot of potential for a follow-up or a spin-off...Especially since the original was so well received. Thanks for sharing such a great story with so much depth to the characters. They are each very relatable and well deserving of happiness...even in the land of fiction :)

I loved the story mostly because there was a bit of build up and internal reflection of both girls. This normally gets me interested and my embers going. The sex is hot indeed. I would have been happier if the story didn't end where it did. There seems to be a lot of story left untold.

I've read this a couple of times and I get angry each time. Why? Because Ash and Riley, at the time believing they were straight, were set up for a blind date with each other. Eric and Kim, thought they saw the signs, thought they knew better than A&R, thought they knew that A&R were lesbians. E&K had ego, they had guts, and they were reckless about A&R's life choices. E&K, even though it turned out okay, had no right to do that to A&R without getting permission. E&K overstepped social bounds by quite a bit. They took an unknown relationship style and shoved it down A&R's throat. Fine, they meant well, but A&R ought to think about how E&K betrayed them. A&R need to evaluate how much they trust E&K.

The comments that I read were all pleased that a beautiful story ended with squirrels, fawns, and birds. Yes, the flutes and oboes were playing happy "all's good in the forest" music. But I'd be really pissed if a couple of people I thought were friends started making social decisions like that for me.

It is true, as someone else mentioned, that the grammar and typos sometimes make it difficult to figure out what you mean, but a superb story. It is so imaginative and yet so plausible that the plot carries us along exactly to where we want it to go. How did you know? We have no choice but to plunge into just like Ash and Riley did. We are there, we feel as they did, and yes, we came. Thank you and don't stop writing, This is what you were meant to do no matter the subject.

I was very impressed with this story and how there friends brought them together and now they profess there love for each other two lonely people and now they know how each feel and know there love is true to them and I hope you will write more about these two ladies Ash and Riley will they marry and be happy the rest of there lives please tell us brilliant storyline have read it a few times so much love in this story. xxx

Well that was different, and it reminded me of an old adage "you don't know, what you don't know".

Discovering one's self is difficult enough. However, denying who you are and shedding the societal norm is exponentially tougher.

Those unable to see or understand this will forever remain ignorant.

...to be asked to believe a woman in her thirties doesn’t know that she’s a lesbian is a bit much. As a plot device I guess it’s ok, but it would never happen IRL.

It also got a bit boring reading the ad nauseum description of their sexual encounter.

You have this ability to describe real feelings in words..... If that could be real or not doesn't matter it sound real in my mind

Something about this story really irritated me. It's well written, but I found the characters really unlikeable. I found myself rooting for the protagonist to leave her "date" and put her presumptuous "friend" in her place.

Liked the premise of the story and loved that it were more than just wall to wall sex but would have loved it even more if it had been even longer with more fleshed out characters. (yes i'm just asking for the 300 page long book)
