Awesome story. Actually could make an awesome first chapter for more. Maybe now the stepmother and stepdaughter have crossed the line they can’t help but explore sex with each other further. At this stage anything could be possible. Keep up the good writing.

Enjoyed this story a lot, good work. I think you could ad the tag Nurse to this story. Also, I prefer more dialogue, & descriptions of characters, but enjoyed it nonetheless. As others have said, you could continue the story either

1) See what type of antics Rachel & / or Anna get up away from the hospital.

2) Does Dean get lucky with anyone else? Does Rachel play with any other patients?

3) Create an offshoot story with the characters. What is Anna's sex life like? Maybe Anna is studying nursing too? Are these characters straight or bisexual, away from this encounter?
