"Is she secretly a goddess?" Ashyr asked Selene in a quiet tone.

Selene magicked herself clean. "Something near that, it seems. I don't pay much attention to goddesses, but I do know that they aren't as powerful in their avatar form. Very powerful entities could override a goddess's avatar. Ceuphaera... the solar was clearly holding back when we fought her."

"What are you doing here?" Aelsuna demanded.

"You do not recognize your father's only Solar, Sun Goddess?" Ceuphaera asked.

"I asked what you were doing here, not who you were," Aelsuna responded with a grouchy frown. "This does not concern you."

"You were working with the dragon," Lilith remembered.

"Yes," Ceuphaera said simply. "Now, pixie. You can stop hiding the nascent godling and his dragon. I will hold his sisters in check."

The three hidden people popped back into sight. With a grin of mischief, the pixie flitted around Varynae before sitting on her shoulder.

Both Selene and Ashyr sighed with relief. They were dreading saving Caleldir from rapacious kidnappers again. Both flew over to their Consort and clung to him possessively. Caleldir sighed, then relaxed in their grasp. His familiars joined him a moment later, still shaking the confusion from their minds.

Lilith pouted. "Even with this orgy? I thought for sure I could overpower you..."

"You underestimate me, Demon Lord of Lust," Ceuphaera replied. "Goddess you may be, but I was old before your mother and father met. Even starting this orgy is not enough to close the gap between my being here in the flesh and your temporary avatar or possession of a champion."

Meanwhile, Caleldir resummoned his clothing and was attempting to slowly edge himself, Ashyr and Selene away from his sisters. "We can port back home now, right?" Caleldir whispered to Selene. "The Blackdawns besides Abanonda already did so."

"Maybe that would be for the best," Selene agreed. "Though my teleportation skills are still rather unrefined, I'll try to take all three of us." Aster and Dahlia, of course, could freely teleport to their master. They didn't need to be included in the count. Selene quietly gathered power around her, envisioning their teleportation anchor back at the new World Tree.

"Hey now!" Lilith complained, turning towards them before Selene could complete the spell. "Succubi, stop them leaving! I can't have my little brother skip out on this reunion!"

Again the succubus familiars took hold of her master, preventing Selene from teleporting. She could have gone with just Ashyr, but as long as Caleldir was trapped here...

Varynae had no response.

"Do I count as a member of the Nylameian pantheon now?" Vilinixia asked Lilith. "I am a demigoddess and a family member, after all."

"What is the dress code for these things?" Caleldir asked, shivering against Dahlia and Aster's ministrations.

Aelsuna turned to Caleldir with a sweet, loving smile. She held out her hand to him. "Time to meet the family, Caius. And to see us all as we really look."

Caleldir took her hand with as natural of a smile as he could manage when Dahlia was enthusiastically fellating him and Aster was laying kisses up and down his back. "I... half look forward to it." He let out a long breath. "You wanted me to take Althaia with me, right?"
