I loved this

I found the beginning quite touching and moving and felt for Merrissa all alone and feeling forgotten. You are right money dosent buy you happiness, its who/what you fill your life and heart with that does give true happiness.

I love chance meetings that can turn a life around. I'm pleased that you wrote Andi resisting the urge to read Merissa's diary, as she seems such a lovely thoughtful character.

A lovely tender story with an amazing shower scene.
