I used to tell Chemistry jokes periodically.....but all the good ones Argon.

This delay is due to me being brought into the E.R. And admitted to the hospital with a sepsis infection. I’m still here after over two weeks. Apologies for the delay, thanks for your patience.

My Organic Prof, on the day before Easter break wrote Happy and then a huge Hydrocarbon with an ether on the end of it followed by an exclamation mark.

True story I graduated in summer with a Mat major and Chem minor cause I needed a Bachelors degree for a professional grad school. I had about a month and a half of time left and so applied for a job at a Supper Club in town as a bartender. When asked if I had any experience said nope but have a Chem minor and made ether in the lab, nobody passed out and the building didn't burn down or blow up, think I can mix drinks. Got the job!
