Pretty hot. You have to love Francesca and the Taylor family dynamic. Only one criticism- by 2015 a 2001 Soave, even from a stellar producer like tedeschi, would be very funky tasting - at best!

Try making Franny’s cannelloni... you’ll love it! I appreciate your comment regarding the Soave. My only defense is that 2001 Tedeschi Soave was selling for $20 US per bottle at Christmas 2014. Maybe it was a bargain basement rip-off, I don’t know. Tasted OK to me, though MP2 ;-)
