To be fair, it's totally me! I was up late and had a lot to do.... 🥺 Anyways. Ehem...
Guided mediation, visualization, and such are amazing tools and I adore them. I have a very hard time just "going under" and it takes a conscious effort on my part to relax enough to allow myself to be susceptible to any level of suggestion, despite how much you correctly observe I am, at my core, submissive in nature, someone who does enjoy the level of submission an audio like this plays with, and someone who uses and needs her own submissive nature as a tool to cope with day to day anxiety.
So... then I say I fell asleep, please know that is actually a huge compliment... I generally don't relax enough listening to most people to actually fall asleep. I can count on one hand the people whose voices are soothing enough to make me feel safe enough to relax that much. It's a very small club.
