I was not expecting this concept of yours to come back. Well written and interesting.

While a Futa version of Death Note is an interesting concept I really do not like the elements of absolute mind control, it removes any eroticism from the scene as it also going to simplifies the entire sex scenes into "Put penis A into Vagina B". Personally I think it would be more interesting for the main character to try seduce the transformed girls, perhaps giving herself an ultimate futa dick, but oh well.

It's okay but I prefer your original futa note more then this version

The development of the characters and pace of the story telling is a joy, just enough to keep the reader interested wanting more, well done.

I’m not exactly sure if this is the same for everyone, but I don’t see the point in having a third page whatsoever of it only contains a single sentence. Just 25 words.
