Your story of the two lovers is utterly fantastic! You do a very good job of placing us right there in the scene in addition to giving us all of the details. I wish there were more you could think of to write about them. The details between them as well as the details about spousal conversations are so very realistic. I've got to be honest and admit it reminds me of many of mine as I live on the coast and also ride a bike quite a lot.
