Such a beautiful result from a frightening situation. I can imagine how scared Gina would have been when they wanted to go through her backpack and call the police. I give her credit for being able to forgive them. Someone who has gone through so much trauma and tragedy in their life could tend to really hold a grudge and never trust them again so I am glad it worked out and would love to see where it all might lead.

Verrrry well done. The ending came up a bit quickly, and I hope that means there's another chapter brewing in that lovely author-mind of yours.
