Anon from a month ago has a good point: the mindset that allowed the cheating is relevant. No excuse for cheating, but in the decision about what to do her mindset matters. We hear so much these days about empowering women and them being strong, etc etc, they're all phrases referring to women having self-respect and self-worth. But when a man acts out of a similar interest, suddenly he's trying to protect his "fragile male ego". Sorry, you want to be equal? You got it.

Most of the commenters seem to have no clue that in English and American criminal law or human nature for that matter, mindset is everything. I like the fact that the MC protected his wife, even though his methodology is highly questionable, as was her motivation for cheating. It makes more sense to me to burn the bastards rather than the bitch…

I find it hilarious how people criticise stories like this. If it was a big Hollywood movie, they'd all just watch it and enjoy it, but because it's in loving wives they get in their high horse.
