Ron was spent, as well as entirely pleased with himself. There would be a long conversation after this evening, one that would determine whether his sense of how things had gone was accurate. If he had succeeded, well then perhaps they'd have to aim for a repeat sometime in the future. If it hadn't gone as well as it had seemed, then he'd just have to try harder next time. Either way, there would be a next time. At that thought, he smiled. Before they left tonight, he had one more task to complete - purchasing an annual membership to this fabulous club!
