such twists are great but it is a turn off when it forces the reader to re-visualise the events, all of a sudden, as in this case

this was a good read and the climax twist surprised me

the problem i see here is that most people could feel cheated midway, and quit reading - they are going to get what the title makes them feel they will get but it could be too late by the time that is made clear
