I HATE these women you create, but as fake as they sound I’ve known one (and possibly two). The one I know/knew for certain laughed at me when I finally asked for a date. Then she explained her relationship to her fiancé. Ugh!

She always wore a black dress or black skirt or black slacks to work. She was 5’11”. Whenever I hear “Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress” I think of her.
