I was heart broken that Raes other didnt accept Tara but i was puzzled that she didnt say to her that she would file a court order to take the child away from her as being unfit to be a mother to the boy

This story is wonderful. Please write another as soon as possible and let all of us know what happens. I can't wait for part 3 if it's as good as the first 2.

Love the story, and the writing, but to dismiss a whole state as ignorant, and to disrespect their beliefs as ignorant is stupid, arrogant and publically rude. Don't do it. Travel, read, learn, grow, discover that you did not write the definative book of world wisdom. Then cut a little slack for folks. They might be right. Or maybe not. But it won't be better if hardened by slurs. So I have to grade this one down from 5 to 2.

This is a beautifully written story depicting one family's intolerance & another family accepting a gay relationship. Nothing was disrespectful or in poor taste. The commenter who claimed you were geo-bashing was obviously misreading the story, or has some kind of chip on his shoulder. 5 stars for your poignant & well written story. Hope there's more to come because yours is a talented & creative voice.
