First she's repulsed by the thought of him masturbating, then she says she's always wanted him. First he's repulsed by her kissing him, then he suddenly admits to having wanted her all long.

I don't think this story was thought out before hand. So the characters are pretty inconsistent.

This story tells it pretty much like I think it would happen for real! With a real father and daughter, when she is caught "with her pants down". Great job of thinking this out! Keep it up. And what about the brother? She sent him a copy of her forst one, did he go get in her pants too?
