I though the first part of this story was pretty good, I really liked the last 2 pages, but this one was even better, even if it is only 2 pages you put a lot in those again Great story
This epilogue is a very good rounding off of "How Hazel Became Oak". It's also, in part, an illustration of how, even with knowledge, the occult is dangerous (years ago it was believed that the late unlamented Aleister Crowley had a breakdown when trying to harness the power of one of the old gods). Anyway, you've written two enjoyable linked stories here and if you felt so inclined, I think you've got the makings of a series. Each tale could cover different women in the coven, perhaps exploring how they found their way to the group. On a lighter note, I can't afford 50-year-old cognac but I'd sure like to try some!
i thank you for posting part 2 . a lovely read . i hope to read more of your delightful writing.
Perhaps that evil spirit was the cancer that was in Sarah. First time i have heard that a orgasm has cured cancer. I am liking this thought, sorta like a apple a day, keeps the doctor away.
