Another great story, S&F! I enjoyed the interaction between the couple, and the nail polish offer was a real gem. Dad’s visit and possible transformation was a very nice touch, too. He’d come to grips with the fact that his daughter was grown and successful and that he hadn’t been there for her as he should have been to help along the way. The deeds were nice, but his apparent commitment leaves hope for his long-term relationship with Peyton as it does for hers with Dash. Excellent work!

I think you wrecked the innocence of a childhood, but I could imagine him maybe getting the story of how the real Santa Claus used to be alive but has long since been dead for thousands of years.
