Great read, well done. On a follow up, I feel she starts dating in an effort to form a traditional relationship that can progress as her and her brothers affair can only go so far given the geographical and legal barriers they face. Confused & Heartbroken he does the same which creates a cruel divide between them. She has a series of unsuccessful dates trying to hard to move relationships forward to quickly in an effort to paper over the brother size void she has inflicted upon herself. Punctuated further by her brother finding an (almost) perfect girl/relationship giving him the level of sexual depth he has begged for over the last year and for all intent & purpose seems prefect wife material.

Lost & heartbroken Sister now living on her own and not seeing her brother for some time as he felt it best to allow his sister to move on even though it was the hardest thing he’s even done. Now she spends most of her time replaying her sibling love affair over and over, realising what she has lost and punishing herself further regretting the level of teasing, game playing and leading along only to then deny her infatuated brother! Sick and weak by the true love she’d lost effected both her mental and physical health greatly still her lost knight returns to care for her. Her brother ignoring her requests for him to leave her alone. But Out of fear and more over the infinite love he had locked away for her, he perseveres which allows the true lovers to finally embrace their desire to share the rest of their lives together with a love that no other person could ever give them… DMC

Similar to Sara's Car Trip with brother and sister addicted to one another in the sequels Sara's Wedding and Pregnant . Why not a follow up with Sara's Divorce This sound like they crash and burn .
