You wrote "Beth" over and over again until I got tired of seeing it. What is wrong with saying, she or her? It took away from the story and I almost stopped reading.

I enjoyed the story and disagree with the criticism that "Beth" was used too frequently. So many stories are diminished by confusion about which character is which. Thanks for keeping it unambiguous.
