What a delightful start to a new series. I really like unfiltered Viv and I'm loving the whole dieselpunk concept of a world without men. Everyone's so friendly!
Nice introduction and explaining …. The 1930’s are indeed a wonderful area to swoon over ….. questions are, how do this society survive or implant cells for pregnancy? Why air defence, is there a need for after all men vanished? …. Sounds a cute idea 💝

Interesting characters in an interesting setting doing "interesting" things. Nice start to what promises to be another classic from one of Lit’s finest. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Well Wax you have found the only serving suggestion that I would tempt me into eating cream . You have created some very interesting characters and a suitably interesting world for them to live , combine that with your brilliant writing and you are onto a winner in my humble opinion and I'm sure friends Adelaide , Vivienne and the rest of the lovely ladies will agree . A stonkingly good start , thank you Wax ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️ . Jc
So far, this is an interesting story. I like the characters. The fact that everyone is "friend" sounds very post apocalyptic utopia. It also makes me wonder where the cracks in that perfect utopian image are. Whenever you have that to good to be true everyone is so content and gets along in a movie of that sort, there's alway a dissatisfied group somewhere. Usually they are being fought behind the scenes and the general public is unaware of there being any strife in their perfect little world. Perhaps this world is an exception to that.
I look forward to seeing where this story goes. Thank you for sharing.
Classic Wax was what came to my mind reading this. But that has been commented already. How do you do it having me smiling by the third paragraph max? You should rule the world, Wax, I would be happy to be in service of the Queen. Best, Abi
