Thank you!

I love positive stories about nice people being nice to each other!

I especially enjoy how open and clear they are with each other!

"My father was brought up Hindi" - page 2. Hindi is a language, Hindu is the religion.

Another wonderful story!

As always, thank you for writing it and thank you for sharing it, too.

Nice story

but like so many of yours it seems to go from a slow, detailed story to a sudden wrap up. Almost like you get bored with it.

I really loved it. Indian Summer isn't culturally insensitive here. It's interesting that other places may view it that way. For us it just means an unusually warm/hot autumn which we definitely do not have right now.

Ex-husband and son doctors, daughter a nurse but no one did anything apparently to help the mother who has to put it in a delicate manner on-going mental health issues (non-professional diagnosis starts off as personality issues and continues as increased mental degeneration possibly due to excessive alcohol consumption) until it was too late and then too by the daughter as a mention to the son who would then mention it to the mother’s GP and daughter’s main concern was not to end up bitter and twisted like her mother (avoid alcohol? Do not self diagnose? Or seek proper treatment?) Probably best to not include mental health issues as it makes all of all three come across as selfish individuals

You have a unique way of writing, so smooth and easily readable that, once you start, it takes a real effort to interrupt or stop. All of your characters are clearly defined, not just the main two, and that makes things much more enjoyable. I think some people forget that the author is the creator of the story and, what the author writes, is how things are. They may not agree with some of those things, but I find many things in life that I have trouble comprehending as well. You keep writing and I'll keep reading. Have a few to catch up on already.

Garbage sjw writing. What about the father's right to choose? That's his child too. Does a father have no rights at all? Or are women selfish enough to think ANOTHER human life is their body?

This isn't a text message. Please leave the texting shorthand out! (tl;dr).

I quite loved this story. I am North American, and user the phrase Indian Summer growing up. But I don't any more. A lot of things our parents and friends said growing up had racist roots, even if we didn't recognize that. Language is ever evolving. My self identity is not based on the phraseology of my youth. I lose nothing of importance by fixing expressions I grew up saying, which are hurtful to others. Life is short. Be kind. Act kind. Talk kind. Your heritage isn't bloody phrases, pronouns sports mascots. Best life hack ever: Don't Be A Dick.
