"Go to sleep, papi," she purred as she snuggled in.
Ben smiled down at the treasure in his arms and couldn't help how good he felt. For the first time in years he was happy. He held Leta's slumbering form to him and put his head behind hers. Her hair tickled his face a bit, but he could care less. He had a real woman in his arms at long last, and he planned to keep her there.

Chaser56about 12 years agoI'm really taken with how this story is so well thought out. I'm really curious as to where you'll take the characters next and hope that the next chapter isn't too far off because you really got my iinterest in what happens next. Keep on writing, mate!

I like how Leta's age is showing it is kind of refreshing to read someone in their 20s acting like it instead of the over serious stuffy 20 something, plus Ben balance her out so it works. Can't wait to see what happens next! The ex-wife needs her ass kicked by the way!

txcoatl1970about 12 years agoI liked the flow of things better in this one. Ben was more realistic, less of a fantasy figure. For me, that made him believable and sympathetic. Excellent details about Puerto Rico and Leta's character seemed a little more fleshed out to me, pt 1 was good, this one's outstanding. Keep it up!
