Good first story, NonConsent/Reluctance may have been a better placement not sure tbh as no spanking , i like the countdown that was very good and the detail in getting to where she wants to go, what i think would turn this into a 5 is make it longer or have a part 2 maybe a lesbian part, maybe a Bondage part not sure, very well done on your first story, i gave it a 4

@Nakedart. I have been interested in the question of length generally. I am aware that my material is much shorter than most here. My personal view is that when I am reading one-handed I am looking for enough detail to get me aroused, get my own imagination firing, but not so complex that I have to concentrate. Pace and plot rather than detailed description. But my analysis maybe wrong. CK.

@ck_Ryder , yes i do see your point, it always depends who is reading and you may be right on , i can only say from my reading stories , i love long stories myself to get out everything from the story i can image the place in my mind etc, its only when i get to the end and nothing i look to see it there is a part 2 , but write how you wish to right or post in forms see what others say i will read stories less than 1.5k if its a few parts but it normally puts me off, some of the best stories i have read have been 120K or more split over 17 or less stories , but its upto you, maybe try a story and split it into sections see how it goes, i am happy when its 5- 10K , i do hope this helps

@nakedart. I started writing for a different site where the shorter format is normal, so some of this is habit and market.

Many of my stories feature the same characters. So there is an element of continuation, but I get frustrated sometimes with multi-part story where I have go back to the beginning to find out who and what is happening. On a site like this it can mean tracking back through a raft of material. So I try to write each story as a self contained piece as well. Something you can relax with, take your pleasure and not have to worry about what happened before, or what happens next. As it happened this particular story is free standing - Jane and M'Lady Ruth have no other material in my work - yet.
