Ok you've got me hooked. I have read chapters 1 and 2. I really am enjoying and appreciating getting both characters' perspectives. Mi has been sheltered and Jay has a present as well as a past she wants to hide. Mmmm, I have questions. When did Mi know she was attracted to girls or is she polyamorous? Is her family accepting? What has kept her sooooo inocent for almost 25 years? Her best friend is she gay? Is Mi a woman of color? Interracial relationship would add another dynamic. Jay must have a huge back story. What led her from Va to Ca? What led her into her less than legal profession? Did someone brake her heart....is that the reason she has not dated or had sex in a long time. Or perhaps, a lover she cared deeply for was negatively impacted by her profession and was lost to Jay? I'm not a writer but a junkie for lesbian romance stories. I join with the others who have commented....please keep writing and very much looking forward to your next installment (s) Trace
