where is chapter 3? and why is chapter 4 being repeated

There's no chapter 3 and this chapter was previously entered several days ago.

Chapter mix up

When I submitted Chapter 3, it inadvertently got listed on the site as Chapter 4. When I submitted Chapter 4, I asked the editor to fix it. It should be correct now.
