Double Helix is next up. I’m 1/3 to 1/2 into the next chapter of that now, then I’ll come back. Have to keep that momentum going!

What a great chapter! It really hit the spot, so to speak. Thank you. And thank you for taking the time to actually flesh out your plot, the problems, and the characters. I have read a good number of stories on here and I feel like a lot of them tend to rush their plot too much. I feel like if they'd slowed it down just a bit they could have had amazing stories instead of just average ones. But before I go off on a tangent...love the chapter and thanks again for another part of a fantastic tale.

So... When Patricia cheats on him, can he please not forgive her? Cuz it feels like the story is heading in that direction.

But I can't figure out what the title has to do with the story???

When I read the 1st I was very sad that there was no more. Am extremely happy to see you continuing the series. Keep up the great work.

I’m going to try for better consistency in my frequency of output. This story won’t be as long as Double Helix and I intend to see it through to a satisfying finish.

I studied Greek mythology and a Lamia is a female demon who ate children ._. How does this tie into the story?

Sorry to make you wait. I’m not gone, but I held back a nearly-finished third chapter because I really wasn’t happy with it. Then, I started to get busy.

I’m going to jump back in this weekend and try to fix it up. I’ll update when I get it submitted to the site. No promises, but I’m feeling motivated.

This is an amazing story and I absolutely loved it!! I really really hope this continues some day!!

I enjoyed this series so much that I read the 21 parts of Double Helix as well. The storytelling is great, using character interactions and dialog to heighten the dramatic tension. I hope real life doesn't continue to distract the author from his true obligation; writing more stories for us.

I really hope to see more of this story if possible even it has been already a few years since the last part was published.

Chapter 3 has finally been submitted. If all goes well, hopefully it will be up this week.
