Somehow I don't think his carrot and stick act actually worked. Its just buried her rebellion, its still there under her skin. I mean sure she knows how bad it could be now, but that just means she has to be that much more patient.

Great writing. I love the way you are stepping up the pace. Poison was an interesting innovation.

Would appreciate it if you could make the chapters longer and that would give you a chance to develop the scene a bit more, try not to rush things, we can wait!

I appreciate you giving Lea a bit of a backbone! It drives me crazy when authors make women out to be sex crazed lunatics who are tamed instantly with sex and don't try to escape or fight back. I would love to see longer chapters, but great start so far :)
