A great series; however, the ending is harsh

Dear M8OvGlaz

You have written a great series. I know how hard it is to write such a novella. Thank you,

However, I am confused by the ending.

Regrettably, I find the ending is unexpectedly severe. I was hoping that Brinna and Zach would have stayed friends after their course ended and his 21st birthday.

With a commitment to have stayed in contact, with a different and more upbeat ending could have had an epilogue with:

Zach going to Finland for a full scholarship for his MSc degree (University of Helsinki or Aalto University in Espoo);

Zach and Brinna staying in touch as friends;

Zach dating lots of other international and Finnish students, based on what he learned about himself and life with Brinna's guidance;

Zach meeting and falling in love with a wonderful Finnish woman;

Brinna being invited over to meet Zach and his Finnish fiancee and then attending as an honored guest their wonderful July wedding in the beautiful lake district of Finland; and

Zach and his Finnish bride having a baby daughter and the daughter's middle name being "Brinna"; and

Zach;s grandfather, Phil being able to proudly attend Zach's PhD convocation with:

all of Zach's relatives (including his parents and siblings); Zach's colleagues (including Dr. Dennison); Phil's grandchildren (including a toddler with the middle name of "Phil"); and Brinna (in the background, knowing she had contributed to the achievements and success of Zach and the coming together with his family.

As a reader, I am grateful for any consideration you can give to this post

Thank you

Do not fear for Brinna & Zach, Anonymous. They aren’t quite done. Ch13 is currently at the editor.

Thanks, "M8dOvGlaz", for the 3 "Date Night" chapters.

Thanks, "M8dOvGlaz", for the three "Date Night" chapters, which make a fitting conclusion (at least for the semester during which Chapters 1 through 12 take place) to what you wrote in Chapters 1 through 9 -- if not resolving the question of where Brinna and Zach go from where they are at the end of Chapter 12.

I look forward to Chapter 13, and hope that some relatively-happy resolution (whether Brinna and Zach end up together, or whether they just become friends with memories of the semester they were together as an important part of their lives) will be found in Chapter 13 (or a potential later one??) .

Anonymously glad that there ending was not the ending; I was wrong.

I apologize for my previous post.

Previously I stated posted that I thought the ending for Ch. 12 Part 3 was a bit *harsh*.

I was wrong. Brinna's own situation was not considered by me. My error.

Chapter 13 is outstanding and well worth reading.

Thank you for Chapter 13 and any future chapters.,

in, in the female soul

THANKS!! You are a really good writer, I love the way you let us know your feelings through all the play, for me is the first time I can share some aspects of the female soul. THANKS AGAIN. KEEP WRITING!!

Just came across this

I thought this whole series was great. I know it might not be the kind of thing that gets a lot of views here. To me, it had the seductive "older" woman, the guy taking control, a ton of hot teasing and sex (yet still somewhat realistic in a story where that was important), and also the sweet/loving side with both characters changing and growing through their relationship. You did an awesome job with it.

If these were real people that I knew and they separated like this, I would be telling them both not to be idiots.
